1. General Agreement

1.1. SIA “Headline Consult,” registration number 40103583109, with a legal address at Urbāna Street 5, Baloži, LV-2128, Latvia, and an operational address at Pildas Street 15, Riga, LV-1035, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as DETAILINGMANIA.EU), provides the content available on the website www.detailingmania.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and offers services in accordance with the following terms and conditions, which include product delivery, return policies, and other terms and policies that can be found on the Website related to specific features, services, or advertising, as well as customer service. All of the above are part of these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the Terms and Conditions). By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to follow them without any limitations or conditions.

1.2. DETAILINGMANIA.EU reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without notice.

1.3. When a customer purchases products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) offered on the DETAILINGMANIA.EU Website, this agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by regulations for Distance Contracts, including but not limited to the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EC on consumer protection in distance contracts, the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, and the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts.”

2. Privacy

2.1. Registration data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

2.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties or used otherwise without prior consent, except when necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., arranging delivery).

2.3. No financial information will be required during registration, only data necessary for payment and delivery documentation. The customer agrees to the processing of personal data.

2.4. By using our website www.detailingmania.eu, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and accept it.

3. Accuracy of Information

3.1. We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing the products available on the Website. DETAILINGMANIA.EU does not guarantee that the Website is always fully updated with the latest information if product details (description, colors, etc.) have changed.

3.2. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only, and the use of this information does not create legal obligations between Website visitors and its creators. The company is not responsible for the quality of product images as it depends on the technical capabilities of the buyer’s monitor.

3.3. The product range is subject to change, and DETAILINGMANIA.EU is not liable if a particular item is unavailable or cannot be delivered.

4. Product Prices and Payment

4.1. Product prices on the Website do not include delivery costs.

4.2. Prices and product offerings may change without prior notice. If the actual product price differs from that on the Website, DETAILINGMANIA.EU will contact you to agree on further action. If unable to reach you, the order will be canceled.

4.3. Payment options: prepayment (bank transfer), bank cards, Paysera payment system, or cash (upon receiving goods at our office).

4.4. An order confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address after placing an order.

5. Product Delivery

5.1. Delivery charges and timeframes depend on the chosen delivery method.

  • 5.1.1. Delivery to Omniva lockers in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia (4.00 EUR, free for orders over 40.00 EUR).
  • 5.1.2. Delivery by courier to Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia (charges based on location and weight of the order, free for order over 200.00 EUR).
  • 5.1.3. Pickup at DetailingMania store on Pildas Street 15, Riga, LV-1035, is free during store working hours.

5.2. Delivery times if all products are in the Riga warehouse:

  • Pickup: ready within 4 business hours
  • Omniva lockers: Orders paid by 11:00 will be handed to Omniva the same day. Availability at destination lockers depends on Omniva, usually within 2 business days.

6. Product Returns and Withdrawal Rights

6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product to DETAILINGMANIA.EU. Send a return request to info@detailingmania.eu.

6.2. Returns are governed by the Latvian Consumer Protection Law.

6.3. Upon withdrawal, the purchase amount will be transferred to the account specified on the withdrawal form within 15 days of receiving the product. 

​6.3.1. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

6.4. Conditions for returned products:

​6.4.1. Must be returned in full packaging as delivered, including all components and original packaging. Otherwise, the return may be refused.

​6.4.2. Required documents include:

    • an invoice (if payment was made by bank transfer) 
    • completed Withdrawal Form.

6.5. Starting to use the purchased item confirms that it meets the order and can no longer be returned.

6.6. If the packaging was damaged during transport, reducing product volume or rendering it unusable, the customer should send a claim to info@detailingmania.eu with a problem description and photos within 2 business days of receipt.

6.7. Product descriptions and images are for informative purposes only. The use of the information provided does not create legal obligations between the visitors of the online store and its creators. Prices and product offers in the online store may be changed without notice. We do not guarantee the full accuracy of the available information.

6.8. If the product packaging was damaged during transport, resulting in a reduction of liquid volume, or if further use of the product is impossible, the buyer must send a claim to info@detailingmania.eu with a description of the problem and photos of the damaged goods within 2 working days of receiving the order. If the claim is deemed justified, the damaged product may be exchanged. DETAILINGMANIA.EU bears no additional responsibility for any other possible losses incurred by the buyer related to the damaged product.

6.9. If payment for an order has been made but the product is not available on-site, the order amount will be returned to the buyer within 48 hours. The commission fee for the payment will not be compensated.

6.10. The shopping procedure in the online store "DETAILINGMANIA.EU" is governed by the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts," dated May 28, 2002.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. DETAILINGMANIA.EU is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, government orders, war or national emergency, terrorism, environmental or climate anomalies, third-party non-compliance, internet disruptions, or hardware/software failures. In such cases, we will endeavor to mitigate delays as quickly as possible.
