A 15 mm throw, a powerful latest-generation brushless motor, and an ergonomic design make it the ideal tool for professional vehicle detailing and ambitious enthusiasts alike.

The brushless motor delivers stable power output while ensuring smooth operation and reduced maintenance, as there are no carbon brushes to replace. With a power consumption of 500 Watts and an idle speed of 3,000 to 5,200 RPM, you combine powerful defect correction with a controllable finish, depending on the pad and polish used.

Smart Cooling: The integrated fan control automatically cools the DA15 Pro Brushless during operation and continues to run after the device is switched off. This provides optimal protection for the motor and electronics, even during intensive polishing sessions.

Using the speed control dial, you can precisely adjust the machine to the respective surface in six stages (including intermediate steps). Start at a low level for sensitive paintwork and increase the speed only when truly necessary. The integrated LED lighting (separately switchable) assists you in better visualizing the treated area and specifically compensating for lighting conditions.

The 125 mm hook-and-loop backing plate is ideally dimensioned for large-scale paint correction, yet remains maneuverable enough for curves and complex contours. Thanks to rubberized grip surfaces and balanced weight distribution, the DA15 Pro Brushless sits comfortably in the hand, allowing for controlled, fatigue-free work even during extended use.

The 8-meter long, detachable power cord provides ample freedom of movement around the vehicle and can be conveniently stored or replaced after work. In combination with matching chemicalworkz pads, you can extract the maximum performance from the machine—from coarse defect correction to a high-gloss sealant application.
